Comments
An excellent recording of the last night of the Elevation Tour. Clarity is great in this powerful tape, which is a good upgrade to the other source in circulation of this show (the so-called "Honey, I'm Home!", with CSC mics and a Sony MZ-R700 mini-disc, that sounds somewhat raw).
Larry Mullen played drums on Only Happy When it Rains, last song of the set from support band Garbage. A fan called Matthew came onstage to play along on Knockin' on Heaven's Door, picked up by Bono as he was wearing an INXS t-shirt. Bono made lots of references on being the last night of the tour, so he could go home. In God's Country, Please and My Sweet Lord were acoustic renditions. Despite it was the final concert of the tour, nothing really special occured, but the show itself was excellent.
