Comments
Another excellent recording to close the first leg of the Vertigo Tour. It's not as full and crisp as some others of this leg, but still pretty powerful and clear, really solid. The amount of audience noise is big at times (cheering, clapping, individual voices), but nothing to worry about or very detracting. Again, low-end is a bit muddy.
The concert brings a festive atmosphere, with band and audience in high spirits. Until the End of the World and Party Girl (this time a long rendition by the full band) are played again in this tour. The highlight of the show is the appearance of Who's Gonna Ride Your Wild Horses, also played by the full band. Last time it happened was on August 12th 1992 at Giants Stadium in East Rutherford (NJ, USA) during the ZooTV Outside Broadcast. Finally, note this concert features the last time a show began with Love and Peace or Else.
