Comments
A recording placed in the borderline between very good and excellent sound quality rating. Music and vocals sound excellent, pretty clear, solid and strong. But this tape brings lots of audience noise close to the taper, mostly on the "classics" and the first bunch of songs, when the crowd are hyper-excited. This item reminds me other great tapes, such as Rotterdam or Edinburgh 1987. Nowadays, we can expect a cleaner sound, although the fans passion make quite difficult to have the best spot to tape inside the venue. To sum up, some may rate this one as excellent, as it sounds brilliant when people calm down.
According to french site u2achtung.com, Bad was printed on the original setlist after Still Haven't Found, but it definitely wasn't played. Crowd and Bono sang 'happy birthday' before Miracle Drug to Edge's daughter Hollie, who turned 21 that day.
