Comments
Second night at Wembley Stadium. As the tape of the previous night by the same taper, this one offers a very rich and deep sound overall, although tiny boomy due to powerful bass. However, this recording sounds stronger and punchier to me, and moreover, it doesn't bring any dropout. Bono's voice is slightly echoed on a few of the songs but it gives a very nice live feeling. Crowd noise is minimal. To sum up, sound quality are really similar between both tapes, but this one sounds even better, top stuff!.
As occured on the first night a snippet of London Bridge is Falling Down appeared at the beginning of Beautiful Day. Break on Through at the end of Until the End of the World. The Unforgettable Fire contains a line from A Day Without Me ("starting a landslide in my ego"). Bono played guitar during Bad.
