Additional notes (by JEMS): Circulating copies of this War tour stop in Detroit are very good indeed, coming from a cassette master to DAT copy done well over a decade ago by J, but this is a fresh transfer of the master cassette at higher resolution and sounds it terrific, far better than most War tour audies in the States. One of many many shows JEMS recorded at this venue.

Fantastic sound quality in this recording straight off the master cassettes, one of the early U2 masters by the JEMS group. This is a fresh transfer, so this one is an upgrade to what it was on circulation. Everything here sounds quite clear and sharp with music and vocals coming through well upfront. The live feeling is very nice. October cuts in due to tape flip, missing a few seconds.

I Fall Down was stopped halfway due to heavy pushing, and after a few words by Bono, it was resumed.
