A very powerful recording with all instruments clearly audible. The tape is very solid, and brings a very crisp and punchy sound. But it contains a pair of blemishes. First of all, indexation is quite messy, as there are fades between tracks, except for the beautiful links between An Cat Dubh and Into the Heart, and I Threw A Brick and A Day Without Me, which run smooth. This should be perhaps due to cuts between songs to save space with the recorder. This fades / cuts provoke a couple of songs to cut in, missing the very first seconds (and this can be very detracting). Second one, a bit of hiss is noticeable in the background during the quieter parts of the concert. Third, note that Sunday Bloody Sunday cuts out at 03:31, missing a good portion of the song. And finally, October is missing in this source. All in all, this is a pretty good sounding concert which borders with excellent sound quality, that comes directly to CDR from the master tapes.
