Very good sound quality overall. Music and vocals come through pretty clear and crisp. However, the output comes through somewhat distant. There is an edit between A Sort of Homecoming and Bad, that kills some seconds of Bono's speech before the second song (probably due to a tape flip). There's a bit of crowd noise, with a guy close to the taper who can be heard screaming from time to time, but he is not really overwhelming.
