Comments

Second night in Birmingham. This tape comes from the same taper than the recording of the preivous night, using the same gear. Both recordings sound pretty similar. Sound quality is phenomenal and the concert is outstanding. The features excellent clarity and crispness, and music and vocals come through pretty solid and clean. Crowd noise is relegated to the background, adding very nice participation.

The performance is really strong, with two versions of Exit and In God's Country that I personally love. The crowd are really "into the show", adding nice participation and a great live feeling. Neither Sunday Bloody Sunday nor Bullet the Blue Sky contain the ticking/digital distortion that other websites mention. This is a 'edited' recording by 'Trevor', who fixed the diginoises manually using 'Adobe Audition 2.0'. Finally, note there is an edit before Party Girl that cuts off the guitar riff intro.
