Comments
A very good recording overall. It sounds very solid and powerful, with all instruments well captured and audible. Clarity and sharpness are really good, too. Audience noise is audible, but located between songs. Again, a strong show by the band, with another fantastic performances of Silver and Gold and Helter Skelter, and a rare rendition of Where the Streets Have No Name.
Drawbacks include a stop on the recorder at 02:44 in I Will Follow, that kills a few seconds of the song. There is a small edit between MLK and The Unforgettable Fire, with no major drawbacks. Another stop occurs between In God's Country and Sunday Bloody Sunday, that only affects to crowd noise. This last song is cut at the very end, missing the last few seconds. Another noticeable edit happens before One Tree Hill, but again only affects to crowd noise. There is a bit of high-end distortion throughout the recording, more noticeable during With or Without You. Finally, last song, "40", seems to have been pasted from another source, as its quality is definitely lower.
