Comments

Very similar sound quality here than on the previous night recording. Music and vocals come through very loud and clear, but not as clean as expected, with some hiss laying on the background. A bit of clipping occurs in the higher parts of the concert, as if the levels were set slightly hot. A rumbling noise also appears on the background a couple of times throughout the tape. Crowd noise is somewhat intrusive at some spots, although the live feeling of the show is great. The tape starts off a little muffled, but by Desire things are set up properly. All in all, I'd say this recording is a little better than the 07-October-1989 by the same taper, and sometimes borders with excellent sound quality despite of all the minors I have just pointed out. I Will Follow brings a skip at 01:01, that cuts off some seconds. Another massive skip occurs at 02:37 in New Year's Day.

Note that this tape is missing the last three songs: Love Rescue Me, With or Without You and "40", as the taper used another tape to record them, but unfortunatly he misplaced it.
