Additional notes (by Stadtfelder): This soundcheck was recorded inside. Bono is not present. Edge is singing some vocals on the chorus of both songs. It sounds that the taper got caught at approximately 5:30 at track 7 ("hey come here! I just want to talk to you") but the recording went on.

Comments

This recording comes from a third gen cassette and documents the evening soundcheck in Lakeland, the same day that the ZooTV kicked in. The band rehearsed and fixed two songs, mostly instrumental, as Bono didn't seem to play or sing, either. Edge made some vocals during the chorus. As 'Stadtfelder' mentioned above, it was recorded inside the venue, and sound quality is very good.
