A hard-to-listen item, to sum up. Let me say that music / vocals are not that bad, I'd even say that they sound pretty good although somewhat muffled... but there are tons of screaming, talking and singing. Taper and friends having conversations and singing on the mics (!!), lots of hysterical screaming by a bunch of girls, individual voices and some other conversations make this item to be for completists only. Moreover, there are continous volume adjustements throughout the recording, a good portion of hiss in the background and buzzing / rumbling noises here and there. However, when people calm down, sound is really nice, with instruments and vocals very well audible and clean, much more than decent quality. I have to remark that sound gets a bit far, or a bit closer, by times. But, yes, screaming and singing are most of the time over the music, which ruin what could be a nice recording.
A pretty standard show. Bono danced with a girl called Maria during Arms Around the World, and that day was her birthday, so the singer sang with the crowd 'Happy Birthday' to her.
There's an edit between tracks 7 and 8 (CD1), that causes Until the End of the World to cut in, missing the very first seconds. A pair of skips are noticeable during Arms Around the World from 03:04 to 03:20. Same thing occurs at 02:40 in Bad, cutting off a pair of seconds.
