Comments

This tape documents the first show of the second leg of the Zooropa'93 (the so-called Zoomerang'93, for Australia and New Zealand). And it is the first of two nights in Melbourne at the Cricket Ground. Sound quality is decent in this recording. It is pretty muffled and distant, although clear enough to have a good listen. There are tiny marks between some of the tracks and some background pops here and there.

Note there is an edit after New Year's Day that only cuts crowd noise, but affects to Numb so it sounds pretty muddy until 2:38 into the song, where the output goes back to 'normal'. Another edit happens between Running to Stand Still and Where the Streets Have No Name, that affects to the transition between them. The last edit occurs right after With or Without You, and it makes Love is Blindness to cut in.
