This a second source of the first night in Oakland (CA, USA). It's an earpiece recording with phenomenal sound quality. Sound is absolutely clear, very impressive, and strong. As described by Georg Nigsch, review taken from 'U2 MLK Trading Page':

Another earpiece recording of the Popmart Tour. This is exactly the sound Bono heard during the concert. His voice is very high in mix. But also his guitar playing is pretty loud as well as Edge's background vocals. Techs can be heard talking in sometimes but it's not detracting at all. Clarity is fantastic and audience noise is minimal. Perhaps the only blemish would be a short dropout during "Even Better Than The Real Thing". It's quite interesting to hear that Bono needs a metronome on some tracks. Although the concert and the setlist are nothing special I strongly recommand this bootleg.
